A mindful walk peppered with breath, movement and meditation practises which will leave you feeling connected, grounded and calm.

Take in all the sensations of the woodlands in this mindful walk. Follow your nose, drink in the sounds of wildlife around you and feel the different textures of the forest. Rosie is a yoga instructor, and this walk will be peppered with breath, movement and meditation practises to leave you feeling calm and centred.

This will be a gentle walk but the terrain is uneven in places and not wheelchair accessible. BSL interpretation available.
