A voucher is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate field in the booking process on the Website.

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel a voucher for any reason at any time.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or be used to purchase gift vouchers.

Unless expressly stated at the time of issue, each voucher will be valid for use by the recipient of the voucher and by such recipient only once and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

The offer is only valid between 1st October 2023 – 21st December 2023.

The voucher cannot be redeemed through any letting agency booking, such as Booking.com, Airbnb; only though direct booking at: www.elanvalley.org.uk

The voucher can only be redeemed for a two-night stay at Penbont House, Elan Valley, Rhayader, Powys LD6 5HS. This includes bed and breakfast and cannot be redeemed against any other product.

For terms and conditions of booking your stay at Penbont House, please refer to the Penbont House Terms and Conditions received upon booking.

The voucher cannot be retrospectively applied against any fully paid, pre-existing bookings 1st October 2023 – 21st December 2023.
